If you need to request a return or exchange, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product (including holidays). Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

If any of the following situations occur, please do not open the package and keep all packaging intact.
You must provide a full unboxing video to apply for a return or exchange:
The product arrives with obvious defects or damage.
The wrong item is delivered or items are missing.
CDs/DVDs cannot be played normally.
Severe damage caused during shipping.
⚠️ Applications without a complete unboxing video cannot be accepted for any defect, missing item, or damage claims.
⚠️ Minor dents, creases, or slight deformation on the outer box or packaging caused by logistics handling are considered normal and do not affect usage.
Such conditions are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Submit a Request: Provide your order number, photos of the issue, full unboxing video, and photos of the outer box and shipping label.
Review Process: Customer service will reply within 1–3 business days with further instructions.
Return Shipping: Please ensure the product and packaging remain intact when sending the item back.
Inspection & Refund: After the returned product is inspected and confirmed, a refund or exchange will be processed within 3–7 business days.
⚠️ KOREEPOP will cover the return shipping cost only if the item is lost, damaged, or incorrect.
Product has been opened
(including album shrink wrap, photocard sleeves, photobook seals)
Human-caused damage (creases, stains, moisture, sun exposure, etc.)
Photocards or bonus items that are randomly included—receiving an undesired variant is not considered a defect
Personal reasons
(dislike, wrong purchase, wrong size, no longer needed, etc.)
No complete unboxing video provided
Delivery failure due to incorrect address
Minor dents, printing tolerances, slight corner bends (considered normal manufacturing tolerances from Korea)
Free gifts or bonus items (such as benefit cards, sleeves) that have minor issues — not eligible for exchange
If a customer repeatedly makes malicious or excessive return/exchange requests that disrupt operations, KOREEPOP reserves the right to refuse transactions, restrict purchases, or terminate membership.
